Before making a purchase, our customers have access to clear images, examples, and detailed descriptions of our products. We also specify that all our products are editable via Canva, and the images accurately represent what you will receive.

Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal

As we offer digital products (downloadable designs and templates), the right of withdrawal does not apply once the product has been accessed. This means that upon purchasing a digital item and accessing it, you forfeit your right to cancellation or refund, as we cannot prevent future use of the product once delivered.

Therefore, we do not accept exchanges or returns for:

• Digital downloads
• Custom orders

Exceptions:

If the product you purchased is damaged or defective, we are committed to resolving any issues. If you experience any problems with the file or the download link, please contact us so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Refund Process:

We will review all refund requests in accordance with our policy and notify you whether or not your refund will be processed, including the reasons if the refund is not approved.

• As these are instant-access products, we do not offer refunds once they have been downloaded or used.
